Unless 48 hours’ notice is given, cancelled lessons will be charged at full rate.
If the driving instructor is late due to traffic or a car problem, he will contact you by text or a phone call. Any lost time will be added onto the lesson or another lesson if agreed.
The driving instructor has the right to cancel the lesson at short notice. Any lessons cancelled by the driving instructor will be rescheduled at an agreed date and time.
The driving instructor has the right to terminate the lesson if they believe the pupil is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
All lessons must be paid before the lesson commences.
Cash/Bank Transfers are accepted. Bank transfer payments must be made 24 hours in advance.
The driving instructor has the right to withdraw the car for the DVSA driving test if he deems you are not at the required standard to pass the test.
The driving instructor will not tolerate, and terminate the lesson if, abusive, threatening or non-co-operative behaviour is shown.
The driving instructor will only wait a maximin of 15 minutes if the pupil is late and the lesson will then be forfeited at the full rate.
All pre paid lessons should be used within 6 months of payment and lessons not used within this time are non refundable.
